To create an echo around this launch, Valspar invested the French town of Le Blanc in the Centre-Val de Loire region and gave it some colour ! How ? By offering the commune of Le Blanc the opportunity to brighten its colours. Valspar has coloured the walls of Le Blanc: schools, gymnasiums, housing estates, bedrooms, everything has been done to bring colour and cheerfulness to the town. Change agency is advising the Valspar paint brand on communication and is orchestrating its launch in France exclusively at Castorama.
