Story | Even their Card is a Costume Shirley Potter Costumes is Edmontons premier costumer. They pride themselves on having costumes for all occasions and on creating a fun, engaging retail experience for their customers. Our objective on this project was to design a business card that reflects those attributes. Our solution: to create what appears to be a typical card that, when flipped over and has its corners bent, playfully transforms into a classic and iconic costume accessory. We purposely left instructions off of the card. We want it to be a conversation piece; a playful handout that employees can use to break the ice with customers. We also want customers to walk away thinking, "Wow, these are fun, creative people. If they can do that with their business card, imagine what they can do for me." So far we've found that the card has a definite "wow factor" for people who are seeing it for the first time. |
