Story | Garanti Bank, one of the biggest banks in Turkey, wanted more of it's clients to use online banking. Over the years they aquired 1.6 million online users but they were stuck at that number. Despite all the big budget TV campaigns, the number wasn't increasing . We used Garanti Bank's database to find out the people who are Garanti clients but have never used online banking. We knew their names, e-mail addresses and cellphone numbers. We tailored a video, using mobile as the surprise element and created a highly targeted campaign. |
