Philosophy Super Lyan is the first bar outside of the UK from world-renowned mixologist Ryan Chetiyawardana (AKA Mr Lyan). Set in a 17th century townhouse in the heart of Amsterdam, this all-day bar serves up stroopwafels, donuts and coffee by day, incredible cocktails and snacks by night. As the playful sibling amongst the other Mr Lyan bars, the identity needed to reflect the personality of the wider brand – innovation, elevated irreverence, and dedication to craft, but slightly subverted, with an element of 50s kitsch.
