Philosophy | A doting mum helps her enthusiastic daughter get ready for a swimming gala, in the latest film from MindsEye director Andrew Gaynord for McDonalds. ‘Swimmer’ is the first of two films directed by the comedy writer/director for the Saver Menu campaign, created by Leo Burnett London. A prolific comedy writer and director, Andrew has worked with an extensive range of established and up-and-coming comedy talent in the UK and US in TV and commercials. His collaborations with Edinburgh Award winner Doc Brown have garnered praise on both sides of that Atlantic while his Netflix show, The Characters, was the studio’s first ever sketch show. He has directed commercials for brands including McDonald’s, Currys PC World & EE while he picked up a D&AD for his BT Sport work. |
