I began my career at a few large agencies in New York, which eventually led me to Los Angeles. Before joining Team One, I was responsible for several widely recognized and successful advertising campaigns for brands such as Nissan, Range Rover, J&B Scotch, Sony PlayStation and Energizer. In 2003, I got my dream job, Chief Creative Officer at Team One. In my time at Team One, I have helped to grow the agency both physically and creatively. Our campaigns have been recognized at Cannes, the One Show, the Webbys, CLIOs, CA, ADDYs and Beldings. But, more importantly, those campaigns helped drive brand preference and, ultimately, sales for our clients. Over the years, I have recruited many highly talented art directors, designers and writers, who continue to make Team One the envy of the industry and, coveted place to work.

I oversee all aspects of brand storytelling for clients like Lexus,The Ritz-Carlton, and Indian Motorcycle, among others. My global responsibilities also include serving for more than 10 years as a member of the Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide Creative Board. Under my leadership, Team One continues its mission to reimagine the emerging media landscape for some of the world’s most aspirational brands.
With a career spanning over two decades, my work has been recognized by nearly every significant creative competition. I started my career in New York working for Ogilvy & Mather and TBWA/Chiat/Day, before returning home to my Southern California roots, where I currently live with my wife and three children. 
When not at the office, my interests include documentaries, small-batch bourbon and occasional unlicensed dog breeding.
