Glenn has spent 25 years doing essentially one thing, developing big ideas that build revenue. He is a strategic thinker with a keen business acumen delivering measurable results and groundbreaking work for prestigious global brands. Clients have included Microsoft, BMI, Warner Bros., Memorex, Kenwood USA, Pioneer Electronics, Honda, Ford, Cablevision, McCormick Distilling and Fox Broadcasting to name a few. Glenn currently directs all business activities for the agency's five offices.
Glenn began his career as an Art Director for Foote, Cone, Belding working on national corporate accounts from banking to insurance. He next became an award-winning Creative Director for Columbia Pictures where he produced campaigns for We Are the World, Ghostbusters, Big Chill and Gandhi among many others. This broad range of challenges as led Glenn to the philosophy he has today: "Every great brand begins with a great story. You must connect emotionally with your audience."
Sagon has served on the Board of Directors for The Los Angeles Advertising Agency Association, is also a guest lecturer in entertainment marketing and marketing research at UCLA and Art Center and is a California State University professor. The United States Library of Congress, The Belding Awards, Graphis Awards, New York Art Director's Club and Creativity Awards recognize Glenn as one of advertising?s most innovative leaders.
