About me

Mônica de Carvalho is in charge of the agency’s Business nucleus, taking the responsibility of integrated media and account services into her vice-presidency. Among the key aspects of her administration are the creative media planning performed with the use of communication platforms in a converging way, thinking of the client’s results, extensive power of negotiation with national media, optimization of cooperative advertising fund, innovative use of merchandising, maximization of sponsorships for events such as soccer and reality TV shows, creation of unique commercial strategies along with the client and media, and the commitment to ROI with the development of proprietary tools to measure results. Such expertise, along with the integrated work, is the result of a never before seen Business nucleus model that allows the unification of extensive knowledge of the business and the best business solutions for the client. 
With a degree in Advertising from Universidade Paulista, as an executive, she has been specializing in business strategies and digital platforms. She has taken courses in Milan, Barcelona, San Francisco and Boston, in addition to having taken specialized courses at IBMEC that focused on strategic negotiation, financial analysis, and capital markets. Of the 23 years of experience, 11 were dedicated to the current agency. Renowned nationally and internationally, she was a member of the Media jury for the Cannes International Festival of 2010 and she won a Media Silver Lion in 2009 and 2012. She was recognized as the best professional in the market by the most prestigious and relevant Brazilian award, the Caboré Award in 2005. Along with her team, she currently manages all the accounts in the agency such as Itaú, Vivo, Guaraná Antrctica, Brastemp, Consul, J&J, BRF, Terra, C&A and Intel. In addition to being the Commercial Director of the Media Group, she’s a professor of negotiation strategy. She has been recently appointed among the 15 most relevant communication professionals in the Brazilian market by the Agency Scope survey.
