Story The Problem: I undertook a Creative Audit™ of Uniworld’s offering and engaged in a series of workshops with management to advance their marketing strategy. Considering that the strength of a brand relies on the staff who deliver the service, we determined together that the focus should be on hiring the right talent.

The Solution: I worked with Uniworld to develop a unique brand identity for the employer marketing brand, distinct to the brand they project to their clients.

Results: A new Career section on their website was suggested and implemented with my content and social media media recommendations were initiated, including the launch of their career brand on Facebook (Inside Uniworld), which attracted approximately 2,000 likes in 2 months. Further communication ideas were also implemented, all with the new approachable tone of voice developed for their employee marketing brand.
