I was employed on a fixed term contract to deliver the Mona Foma 2023 'Fantastic Futures' exhibition and visitor experience in Launceston. The Social Crew is a boutique event agency specialising in event production, creative design, concepts, marketing and social media strategy.

Across all facets of event, exhibitions and visitor experience within the Mona Foma project scope:

- We worked with the client on their brief, moving from conceptualisation to project planning
- I supported the Creative Director in high scale event production and senior relationship management
- Led production, creative concept development, styling and set design for a selection of projects
- Developed and delivered project plans
- Created proposals, pitches and decks for client
- Sourced quotes, negotiated and managed suppliers in conjunction with client
- Coordinated live bump in / bump out on site, including live support throughout live event operations
