PJ started his career as a programmer at the tender age of 13 in Brazil. Now 40, he has achieved a career-long list that includes 3 Grand Prix at Cannes, an Emmy, and has authored a trilogy of books which is now in negotiations for a movie deal. PJ Pereira is CCO and co-founder of Pereira & O’Dell, which has offices in San Francisco, New York, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Founded in 2008, the agency’s success has stemmed from everything including pioneering social film for Intel and Toshiba to creating a smokable songbook for Snoop Dogg.

In 2006, he created an ingenious indie film silently branded by Red Bull titled “Unflinching Triumph” that was named #1 in “What to Watch” in new media by Wall Street Journal and 'Most Amusing Parody' by Sports Illustrated.

Tennessee-born Andrew O’Dell, 41, is the CEO and Co-Founder of advertising agency Pereira & O’Dell. Among the client roster are brands as varied as Intel, Mattel (Scrabble, Uno, Apples-to-Apples), Skype, Yahoo!, Burger King, Corona and Henkel North America (Dial, Purex, Renuzit). The agency’s parent company, Grupo ABC de Comunicação, is ranked 19th among the biggest Marketing Communications groups worldwide by Advertising Age (April 2011).
He is a serial entrepreneur with over 15 years experience starting businesses in the US. Nancy Daum is an experienced Chief Operating Officer with over 20 years experience with rapidly growing companies in the social media, interactive gaming, ecommerce, retail, biotechnology, manufacturing and software industries. She has managed finance, administration, human resources and IT departments for various privately funded/venture backed companies whose activities including IPO’s, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and financings including advising business school graduates through the Haas School of Business incubator for start-ups. Prior to that Nancy worked for several years in public accounting at Ernst and Young (Arthur Young) and Deloitte and Touche in San Francisco and New York and was one of the founding members of the Entrepreneurial Services Group. Originally from Oklahoma, Matt came to advertising in 1995 after studying film and economics at the University of Chicago. Matt began his career at Leo Burnett in Chicago, and then moved on to New York to join the creative shop Cliff Freeman and Partners and later BBH New York, where he developed the global strategy for the Johnnie Walker “Keep Walking” campaign.
In 2005, Matt arrived in San Francisco at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners to become the Deputy Director of the Brand Strategy group, building memorable campaigns for many brands; most famously, the Hyundai “Think About It” campaign and “Assurance” promotion. Matt left GSP to become the North American Chief Strategy Officer at McCann, and shortly after joined BBDO SF as the Director of Strategy, building a diverse strategy group and a thriving agency in his four years there.
Matt has lectured and taught account planning at the 4A’s Account Planning Group, the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, Miami Ad School, Golden Gate University, and the San Francisco Academy of Art. Most recently Jaime led the creative development and direction for “The Beauty Inside”, a social film for Intel and Toshiba that earned the agency an Emmy for “Outstanding New Approach” as well as an impressive three Grand Prix at Cannes for Film, Cyber and Branded Content.
14 years ago, Jaime fumbled her way into a copywriter internship at the unorthodox NYC boutique shop, Mad Dogs and Englishmen. What followed was a love for messing with format, surprising audiences and telling stories that get the consumer’s imagination going. Having “done time” at both traditional and digital agencies (including TBWA\Chiat\Day, SF and EVB), Jaime’s work for clients like adidas, Levi’s, Ask.com, Ray-Ban and Haribo Gummi Bears spans across almost every kind of media – from multimillion dollar effects spots to OOH to custom rock songs for soccer teams.
Jaime’s approach to creativity and marketing earned her a spot in Fast Company’s “Top 100 Most Creative People in Business” in 2013. After winning a national photography competition in high school, Dave Arnold took the advice of his art teacher and headed to the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Within the school’s prestigious graphic design/advertising department, Dave created work that was recognized by The One Club, CMYK, Graphis and The Art Directors Club. After graduating, Dave worked at DeVito/Verdi, and Mad Dogs & Englishmen.
In 2000 Dave joined Euro RSCG where he worked for clients such as Volvo, New Balance, Evian, Intel, Partnership for a Drug-Free America and, in 2006, the launch of Howard Stern on Sirius Satellite Radio. In 2007 Dave was made creative director on Clearasil after developing their new campaign, *Clearasil May Cause Confidence. In 2008, Auditorium from that campaign won a Cannes Lion. In 2009 his Most Interesting Man work for Dos Equis was recognized with a Titanium & Integrated Lion. Later on that year Dave was the art director on The Atlantic, Think. Again. campaign which won the gold Effie.

When not playing ping-pong, Dave can be found back at School of Visual Arts where he has been teaching an advertising class since 2004.

Molly Parsley is the Marketing and Communications Director at the international advertising agency, Pereira & O'Dell.
