PJ Pereira is Chief Creative Officer and Co-Founder of Pereira & O’Dell with 20 years of experience in the technology and advertising industry. In just five short years, his agency has established thriving offices in San Francisco, New York and São Paulo, combining digital, traditional, design and branded content ideas for clients such as Airbnb, Intel, Toshiba, LEGO, Mattel, Skype and Corona. Pereira & O'Dell has been named on both Advertising Age and Creativity A-Lists, and in 2013 was awarded an Emmy for “Outstanding New Approach” for Intel + Toshiba’s social film “The Beauty Inside” as well as an unprecedented three Grand Prix at Cannes for Film, Cyber and Branded Content. PJ has been featured Creativity’s annual “Creativity 50” featuring those who have made a significant mark on the creative consciousness of our industry. PJ was also named in Advertising Age’s “40 under 40” for his bold creative strategies. A seasoned entrepreneur, PJ has held executive roles both at start up agencies such as AgênciaClick, which PJ also founded, to established international agencies such as AKQA where he was ECD working on global accounts such as McDonald’s, Nike, Coca-Cola, Visa, Red Bull, Target and Microsoft. He has received more than 60 international awards during the last 10 years and has served as President of juries at Cannes Lions, Eurobest, London International and One Show Festivals.
Tennessee-born Andrew O’Dell, 41, is the CEO and Co-Founder of advertising agency Pereira & O’Dell. Among the client roster are brands as varied as Intel, Mattel (Scrabble, Uno, Apples-to-Apples), Skype, Yahoo!, Burger King, Corona and Henkel North America (Dial, Purex, Renuzit). The agency’s parent company, Grupo ABC de Comunicação, is ranked 19th among the biggest Marketing Communications groups worldwide by Advertising Age (April 2011).
He is a serial entrepreneur with over 15 years experience starting businesses in the US. His strong digital background has seen the dichotomy of booms and busts true to the ad world lending to his keen awareness of future business and consumer trends. He co-Founded digital advertising agency Lot21 in 1997, and went on to become president at AKQA before co-Founding Pereira & O’Dell with PJ Pereira in April 2008.
Chief Financial Officer
Nancy Daum is an experienced Chief Operating Officer with over 20 years experience with rapidly growing companies in the social media, interactive gaming, ecommerce, retail, biotechnology, manufacturing and software industries. She has managed finance, administration, human resources and IT departments for various privately funded/venture backed companies whose activities including IPO’s, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and financings including advising business school graduates through the Haas School of Business incubator for start-ups. Prior to that Nancy worked for several years in public accounting at Ernst and Young (Arthur Young) and Deloitte and Touche in San Francisco and New York and was one of the founding members of the Entrepreneurial Services Group. Nancy is a CPA (inactive) and has a BS in Accounting from Golden Gate University.

Colin Spooner is an advertising and marketing professional with 15+ years experience in strategic marketing, business development, advertising, product development and project management. A former professional athlete, Colin brings his determination, talent and skill to Pereira & O'Dell.
Colin has spearheaded and directly supported business development and advertising programs for clients including Verizon, Mitsubishi, LA Lakers, Sacramento Rivercats, Mazda, Tivo, PeopleSoft and Hyatt.
Prior to joining Pereira O'Dell LLC., Colin launched and ran San Diego-based advertising company Scout Creative (subsequently acquired by Pereira O’Dell LLC).
Managing Director, Sao Paulo
A pioneer in the digital industry, Lent has a BA in Graphic Design and a masters degree from the Interactive Telecommunications Program at the New York University. He has started his career in 1995 at EuroRSCG New York and has worked for Hyperlinked text and DDB Brasil, founded 10 Minutos - an interactive shop later acquired by Ogilvy Brasil - and spent two years learning about mobile on Grupo.Mobi. A professor and international keynote speaker, Lent is a member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences and has been awarded in major creativity festivals including Cannes, The Clios and One Show.
Executive Creative Director
With over 13 years in the industry, Jaime Robinson has written everything from matchbook copy to multi-million dollar, effects-driven television spots. Her focus for the past few years has been on digital, and she has truly enjoyed making immersive and engaging interactive experiences to let consumers explore the brands she works on. Online highlights include the debut of Hollywood’s first social film dubbed “Inside” for Intel and Toshiba, the creativity-inspired LEGO CL!CK campaign, deep website development for adidas basketball, St. Ives Skincare and TresSemme, content creation for 2KSports and adidas soccer, and viral pushes for Levi’s, Ray-Ban and Yes To Carrots. Her favorite thing about digital is the ability to have a 2-way conversation with people, one in which the consumer gets to choose his or her own (online) adventure.
Executive Creative Director, NY
After winning a national photography competition in high school, Dave Arnold took the advice of his art teacher and headed to the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Within the school’s prestigious graphic design/advertising department, Dave created work that was recognized by The One Club, CMYK, Graphis and The Art Directors Club. After graduating, Dave worked at DeVito/Verdi, and Mad Dogs & Englishmen.
In 2000 Dave joined Euro RSCG where he worked for clients such as Volvo, New Balance, Evian, Intel, Partnership for a Drug-Free America and, in 2006, the launch of Howard Stern on Sirius Satellite Radio. In 2007 Dave was made creative director on Clearasil after developing their new campaign, *Clearasil May Cause Confidence. In 2008, Auditorium from that campaign won a Cannes Lion. In 2009 his Most Interesting Man work for Dos Equis was recognized with a Titanium & Integrated Lion. Later on that year Dave was the art director on The Atlantic, Think. Again. campaign which won the gold Effie.
In 2012 Dave became the Executive Creative Director of Pereira & O'Dell NY.
When not playing ping-pong, Dave can be found back at School of Visual Arts where he has been teaching an advertising class since 2004.

Molly Parsley is currently the Director of Corporate Communications at San Francisco-based ad agency Pereira & O'Dell. Among the Pereira & O'Dell client roster are Skype, BevMo, Mattel, Corona, Intel, and Henkel.
