Story | Close-up pictures of (real) personel with the large word "Amen" through it. Black and white ads with one colour (green). At the bottom of the ad people are being invited to visit the Amen website. Ther they can find more details about the jobs offered. |
Philosophy | We had to attract people by their life-motives and especially their religious believes. You won't get personel that can get the same sort of jobs elsewhere and are attracted by the brandname or better salary. You have to get those who choose the job because of their believes. They have to think that by accepting a job at the Landelijk Dienstencentrum they can distribute to the cause of the church and automatically their own cause. We used newspaper ads, freecards, an information map and a website. |
Problem | It's very difficult to get personel. Especially a company like this. The Landelijk Dienstencentrum van de Samen op Weg Kerken (a large businesscentre for three religious organizations) offers the same jobs as "regular" companies. Except that the others have a better image, are well known and pay more. |
