Story | The Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST), the agency that oversees workplace standards, equity, health, and safety in Québec, is teaming up with Cossette to launch its first-ever campaign on mental health in the workplace. The campaign aims to raise awareness among employers and workers of the reality of psychosocial health risks and remind them that no workplace is immune. The campaign dramatizes incidents of sexual harassment, psychological harassment and workplace violence in a variety of sectors and focuses on demystifying problem behaviours by replacing the perpetrators with fictional characters like a dragon, goblins and an alien. |
