NEW YORK –August 8, 2012 – Momentum Worldwide, a global marketing agency within McCann Worldgroup, a unit of the Interpublic Group of Companies (NYSE:IPG), has acquired design consultancy ChaseDesign and their subsidiary 10Red Design in a deal announced today by Momentum CEO/Chairman Chris Weil. ChaseDesign is one of the original design consulting firms in the U.S., with a 54-year legacy of providing specialized design services to an elite core of Fortune 100 clients. With this partnership, Momentum creates a world-class, comprehensive shopper marketing offering – with global resources and talent encompassing shopper research, behavior-based retailing technology and e-commerce across out-of-store, in-store and point-of-purchase – poised to lead in the massively booming shopper marketing sector.
ChaseDesign and 10Red will continue to operate as autonomous brands with their own sets of clients – under the leadership and management of President Marty Cregg and Executive Vice President Peter Lynch – and the two companies will work in strategic alignment with Momentum to pursue growth opportunities for clients and leverage the combined organizations to create new capabilities for CPG companies.
ChaseDesign’s shopper-based design innovation will complement Momentum Worldwide’s shopper marketing capabilities – including out-of-store communications and global footprint – to create the first truly global physical and digital retailing firm. Momentum brings a full range of brand experience services including retail promotions, event, sponsorship, music, entertainment, content and beyond, coupled with ChaseDesign’s capabilities in product innovation, package design and shopper experiences to provide shared clients and partners with new offerings and opportunities.
Over the last 20 years, ChaseDesign has expanded its capabilities into branding, packaging, user research and product design, developing one of the only firms in the U.S. with multidisciplinary design studios under one management team. Specifically, ChaseDesign’s award-winning product design group now augments Momentum offerings through industrial design, engineering, model labs and prototype facilities.
The partnered agencies will initially focus on U.S. growth opportunities and client support, though the deal’s alignment of ChaseDesign with Momentum’s global network of resources, talent and connections provides growth opportunities on a new worldwide scale – beginning in Europe, South America and China.

NEW YORK – June 26, 2012 – Momentum Worldwide has announced two new additions to the leadership ranks of its New York operations: promoted Senior Vice President, Executive Creative Director David Chamberlain and new Senior Vice President, Business Development Rick Arnstein.
David Chamberlain
Chamberlain will focus his 16 years of experience – encompassing proven creative, event, experiential and digital expertise – on driving high impact activations for Momentum New York clients and transforming strategic ideas into realities that bring consumers closer to brands. In his new role, he reports to Jon Hamm, Chief Creative and Innovation Officer, Momentum Worldwide.
Chamberlain joined Momentum in February 2011, acting as group creative lead across all of the agency’s American Express activations – including efforts for U.S. Open Tennis, the TriBeCa Film Festival, New York Fashion Week, U.S. Open/PGA, Ryder Cup Golf and the NBA.
Before Momentum, Chamberlain was Executive Creative Director at Gyro, responsible for a broad range of operational duties including improved creative product, client relationship management, team development and client marketing communications strategy. Key accounts included Virgin Atlantic, Hess, Avaya, GE and Splenda. Prior, he worked as Associate Creative Director at Imagination in London on brands including Coca-Cola, Guinness, Samsung and NASDAQ. Earlier, he honed his skills at Fitch! and Saatchi & Saatchi.
Rick Arnstein
Arnstein’s role at Momentum NY will focus on new business development, stimulating client acquisition and organic growth. His multidisciplinary background includes entertainment, sports, health and fitness and technology. In his new role, he reports to SVP, Director Client Services for Momentum New York, Richard Black.
Arnstein was previously General Manager and Managing Director of GMR Marketing in New York City for over 15 years, during which time he expanded client partnerships to include Microsoft, Intel, Best Buy, ING, Sony, NBA, MLS, NFL and more. He also supported the launch of the agency’s Xbox business and the production of the first Vertical Fashion Show in the United States for Marshall Fields/Target. He managed the GMR New York office, which he established in 1994, until 2009.
Before GMR, Arnstein was an early player in music marketing, negotiating and implementing artist sponsorships for Reebok, Michelob, Swatch and others. Prior, he was a Frontier Booking International talent agent, after he produced the largest indoor concert in America at the Louisiana Superdome in 1981.

New York, June 14, 2012—The 4A’s today announced the 2012-2013 Board of Directors and Board Officers following its Board of Directors’ meeting in Chicago. Chris Weil, Chairman and CEO, Momentum Worldwide, is the new board chair elected to a two-year term. For the past year, he has served a one-year term as vice-chairman along with CP+B chairman Chuck Porter, chairman, who concludes his two-year chairmanship and now serves as immediate past chair for one year. Mr. Weil had also served as 4A’s Director-at-Large for three years.

MOMENTUM WORLDWIDE STRENGHTENS EXECUTIVE TEAM
February 13, 2012 – Global marketing agency Momentum Worldwide has bolstered its European & UK operations with a series of executive appointments, designed to drive continued growth across the agency’s global network.
A testament to the agency’s dedication to one of its most important regions - Europe- current CMO of Momentum Worldwide, Kevin McNulty, has expanded his remit to become Regional Director of Europe. Based at Momentum’s London office, Kevin will assume these duties in addition to his existing CMO responsibilities, allowing him to lead the agency’s European business strategy, as well as apply a keen focus on growth and client services.
Kevin joined Momentum in 1996 and has held multiple positions with the agency over that time, including Head of Global Accounts, Managing Director of the San Francisco office and Regional Director for APAC and EMEA.
Joining the European executive board will be newly promoted Joint Managing Directors of Momentum UK, Simon White and Allan Cobb who were promoted from their previous positions as Managing Director of Momentum London and Shopper Marketing Director of Momentum Worldwide respectively. With over three decades of combined experience in marketing and strategy, Simon and Allan will be responsible for the overall growth of the UK agency based across London, Cheshire and Manchester.
Paul Slater joins the agency as Executive Creative Director of Momentum London. Paul will be heavily involved with the creative direction for some of Momentum’s most important clients while also supporting its ambitious business development programme. Internationally renowned Paul has a proven track record of inspiring and motivating design teams to deliver brand experiences and creative campaigns across
a wide range of media, including identity, print, interactive, motion graphics, advertising, 3D, outdoor, environments, merchandising and radio. Most recently Paul’s projects have included several films for Hudson Whiskey and The Balvenie (William Grant & Sons), national activations for Coca-Cola, American Express and Powerade, as well as packaging design for Stoli Chocolate Raspberry - the first frosted Stoli bottle to hit the shelves in 70 years.

LOS ANGELES, CA (August 09, 2012) ---- The recently announced Momentum Entertainment Group expands its television presence with the launch of a newly formed Scripted Entertainment division being led by BAFTA award-winning director and producer Nick Hamm. In addition, veteran producer and former TV executive Alex Maggioni will serve as Senior Vice President of Scripted Entertainment. The announcement arrives on the heels of last week’s acquisition of Hamm’s latest feature film, rock & roll comedy Killing Bono slated for theatrical release this fall.
In addition to traditional television production, Momentum Entertainment Group’s scripted department will develop material with an eye toward creating quality programming suitable for distribution across multiple platforms. Momentum Entertainment Group plans to leverage its significant relationships in the global community and advertising world to explore innovative business models for television production.
Marketing agency Momentum Worldwide announced the newly formed Momentum Entertainment Group led by Steven Marrs in June.

Acclaimed director and producer of feature films, television and digital content, Hamm began his career as a resident director of the Royal Shakespeare Company before transitioning into television, directing award winning programming for both the BBC and ITV in the UK. Hamm has also directed numerous feature films, most notably THE HOLE (2001) for Pathé, GODSEND (2004) for Lionsgate and the critically acclaimed indie film KILLING BONO (2011), which was released by Paramount Pictures in March in the UK and was just acquired by ARC Entertainment and Xlrator Media for North American theatrical distribution this fall.
Joining Hamm on Momentum Entertainment’s scripted division team is Alex Maggioni who will serve as Senior Vice President of Scripted Entertainment. Maggioni brings an equally diverse range of television experience to the group with more than fifteen years in television production and development. Maggioni has worked as both a producer and network executive on comedy, drama and alternative series for broadcast, cable and internet distribution including SPIN CITY (ABC), PRISON BREAK (FOX), CHELSEA LATELY (E!) and AWESOMETOWN (Fox).
Rounding out the scripted department is Kevin Wandell, Manager of Scripted Entertainment, who joins Momentum Entertainment Group from HBO where he worked closely with the drama department. Prior to working at HBO, Wandell was at John Wells Productions.
