Why did you think it was important to join the PHNX jury this year?
By lowering the financial pressure on entries I think PHNX is levelling the field for more and more diverse professionals to showcase their work.
What do you think of our hybrid jury, featuring creatives but also strategists, clients and people from all corners of the industry?
The hybrid jury adds a level of depth hardly seen in other shows. It’s particularly relevant nowadays as the ideas need to work at so many levels.
What do you think of the idea of free entry until the shortlist stage?
Harder on the jury but hopefully will help give exposure to agencies and professionals that didn’t have the means before.
How would you define the perfect PHNX Awards winner?
A brilliant idea at the core that has been pushed to work hard at all levels, for the brand, the business and the people. Hopefully we’ll also get to see it coming from unexpected sources, geographies and industries.
What is having the biggest impact on creative trends at the moment?
AI is producing a seismic move, whether we like it or not. Still unclear how the industry is going to be reshaped, but it won’t be the same.
