A subsidiary of the Interpublic Group of Companies (NYSE:IPG), R/GA more than 2,100 employees across 18 offices in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Austin, San Francisco, Portland, London, Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo, Sydney, Singapore, Shanghai, Bucharest, Santiago, Istanbul, Berlin and Tokyo. 

We have an open architecture model that allow us to seamlessly integrate any team combination across all our locations. Our model allow us to curate and allocate the necessary resources regardless of geographic location. Many of R/GA’s clients are tapping into teams distributed across a minimum of 2 locations. In addition, we often find that embedding our talent into existing client teams allows us to better service large scopes of business for clients such as Verizon, Google, and Nike.

Additionally, R/GA has an organic growth model. We have never made an acquisition nor merged with another company. We believe such activities are adverse to agency cultures, which are critical to successful work. All of our offices and capabilities have been grown from scratch, in conjunction with business plans approved by our parent company, Interpublic Group.
