Principle 1 : The development of customer loyalty has to be conceived from the first contact. It is strongly linked to the way he would made contact with the brand, whatever the goals (professionals or individuals). From the recruitment you have to imagine what will be like his relational life with the brand (and not the product). Principle 2 : customer loyalty developes after all thanks to affectivity. The development of customer loyalty depends on what the brand would be able to create in its relation with the client. This implies affective communication which is not easy to create and which is the result of analysis of the client's affective expectations in relation with the brand.
