After memorizing billions of medical terms, one fine day Sia walked out of the very prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College to explore a city she'd always was fascinated with, thanks to the thousands of Amitabh Bachchan, Rajesh Khanna and Shashi Kapoor films she grew up on.

From the moment she landed in Mumbai she was sure of never leaving, again. 

Lisa is new to the Equinox Family.

Like most starry eyed newcomers in the industry, her move to Bombay back in 2006 was based on her desire to become a director. Six months later, she knew for a fact she had no concept of a frame. Fortunately for her, she got a chance to produce for Abhijit Chaudhuri (Dadu) at Black Magic. A great experience that taught her many things, made great friends and developed relationships that will last a lifetime. 

Manoj Shroff grew up and matured in the world of Equinox.

Having joined as a summer trainee in 1992 he was immediately noticed for his terrific organizational abilities coupled with a strong creative bent. Soon he graduated from assisting Sumantra and Ram to becoming a director with Equinox. Between 1998 and 2002 Manoj directed over 80 commercials and built up an impressive showreel.
