Brief | A new pupil introduces herself to the class. At first all seems normal, but then she explains that she was forced to leave her home town because of a terrible incident. Drunk at a party, she passed out. Some boys pretended to have sex with her and posted a video online. Afterwards the girl was deluged with insulting messages. The result was tragic. "If I weren't dead, I'd be here in class with you today," she says. Fare x Bene Onlus is a non-profit working in Italian schools to fight bullying. The film is based on a true story. |

Story | A new girl show up in the classroom . The girl’s name is Stefania. She’s 14 and starts to introduce herself. The story gets more and more dramatic. She left her hometown because at a party, after drinking too much and passing out, some students pretended to have sex with her and made a video with a smartphone. The next day, the received more than 2,000 insulting messages in just 24 hours. That’s why Stefania committed suicide by jumping out of her room window, the night of April 2, 2014.She ends her story by telling the class: “if I weren’t dead, I’d be here with you in class today, and you can’t imagine what you’ve lost.” |
