Story The NESCAFÉ Patrol was created to create buzz in important cities in the Northeast and South, using feet on the street to generate increased brand visability; product trial; increased sales; and better product positioning at retail / POS.
Story (original language) A Patrulha NESCAFÉ foi criada para ativar importantes cidades do Nordeste e Sul, com forte atuação local para gerar visibilidade para a marca, experimentação do produto, incremento de vendas e melhor exposição no PDV.
Philosophy The NESCAFÉ Patrol teams invaded the target cities and POS, exposing consumers to multiple points of contact. Uniquely, radio senders, were used to “broadcast” the brand message to the consumer.
Philosophy (original language) Através de blitz, as equipes da Patrulha NESCAFÉ invadiram as cidades e os PDVs, promovendo múltiplas ações e utilizando as emissoras de rádio como parceiras para divulgação junto ao consumidor.
Result Results were overwhelming. More than 650 small retail stores were reached. During the 4-hour wave, the Patrols provided the equivelant of 20 days of sales. Some stores had incremental sales improvement of 100%, compared to the same period in the prior year.
Result (original language) Os resultados foram supreendentes: mais de 660 lojas de pequeno varejo foram atingidas. Em 4 horas de atuação nos auto-serviços, a Patrulha chegou a vender o equivalente a 20 dias de venda. Algumas lojas tiveram incremento de 100% em relação ao mesmo período do ano anterior.
