Story | This animated film tells in a metaphorical way the story of a journalist’s murderer who is being chased by the stories of this same journalist, which was reborn thanks to Forbidden Stories, a network of journalists whose mission is to continue and publish the work of other journalists facing threats, prison or murder.By finishing and publishing the work of silenced journalists, Forbidden Stories is a very unique initiative across the world. But that uniqueness is quite hard to understand for the general public. We’ve been asked to explain the work of the network in a very simple, powerful and inspiring way.We decided to keep it very simple, elegant and metaphorical by illustrating the journalist’s murderers being chased by the stories’ typography, reborn thanks to the journalists gathered by Forbidden Stories. To sum up: kill a messenger and we will chase you to enlighten what you wanted to hide. |
