Hired, inspired and managed a team of over 100 designers and design specialists during the development of Universal’s Islands of Adventure, a multi-million dollar theme park in Orlando Florida. Managed the show development, budget and schedule for over 18 major attractions, multiple restaurants and retail stores. Worked closely with Universal Senior Management to develop the overall marketing and corporate partnership strategy for the project.
