Cheri DeMong-Hubbard

A graduate of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Cheri’s diverse background in investment banking, strategy consulting and marketing—along with experience as a CMO on the client side working with agency partners—gives her an insight unique within VSA. As COO, Cheri brings a mix of strategic expertise, organizational experience and creative skills that merge seamlessly with VSA’s unique approach to clients: a passion for outperformance and quest for growth. Her background solidifies systems and critical thinking, problem solving, value creation and client-side experience for the complex backbone of the firm. Cheri’s commitment to empowering people to make the best decisions and expanding efficiency and effectiveness impacts everyone at VSA. In her spare time, Cheri is committed to the Chicago community and serves on boards, from Ravinia Associates to the Children’s Service Board of the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital to her daughter’s preschool.
