Story | Svenssons is a retailer of furniture and interior design. Their products may look fine in-store and online, but are all-the-more inspiring in the context of a real home. So we displayed selected items in a real window, in a real apartment, in order to give people a true feel for Svenssons. The installation was done in collaboration with the tenant and real estate manager, as a core-team and interior designer were given access to the apartment. The 1:1 scale live product-ad was placed in the heart of Stockholm, grabbing people’s attention and bringing a new twist to window-shopping. This small campaign was a big success. Selected products rocketed in sale, the installation was widely shared, and the idea will now be implemented as a re-occurring concept to show different kinds of interior style, in different homes. In short, it created an actual window of opportunity for Svenssons to stand out. |
