Jane is an inspirational leader with an entrepreneurial spirit. She has not only led agencies’ largest global business, she spearheaded new agency models, successfully launched an agency in Russia, transformed and led clients into the digital age. She is currently the GM of Tongal NY where she leads this newly appointed agency to the prestigious AdAge Top 10 agency list.
As GM, Jane’s role is to drive the growth of this new model agency. Tongal is a creative company powered by a technology platform that brings the world creative work from the worlds’ creative talent with speed, scale (150 000 creatives, ideators and filmmakers), abundance, measurement grounded in content strategy: Key Clients include; J&J, Bayer, L’Oréal, Weight Watchers, DanoneWave, Unilever, Abbott Nutrition, Lenovo, GMC, Mattel, Lego, Prestige Brands
Her accomplishments include leading the SC Johnson business globally at Ogilvy where she reinvented key brands; Glade, Kiwi, Mr. Muscle and Pledge creating breakthrough brand platforms and winning Gold in Cannes. She also led Abbott Nutrition at Publicis relaunching the Similac brand solely in digital and won every major business and creative award in its category. At Saatchi & Saatchi, where she worked for 13 years, she led P&G Pet Care Iams, Eukunuba creating the first branded content platform and launching in social media, a first for the time.
In 2004 she launched Saatchi & Saatchi in Russia and took it to No1 creative agency in 2006. Additionally, it was the first Russian agency to be short listed at Cannes and the No 1 performing Saatchi & Saatchi agency in the region. During her tenure at McCann in Germany she was responsible for relaunching the Opel brand and key carlines across Europe.
In all her roles Jane, has pioneered, led and implemented new integrated communications models for clients. In every instance, the brands were successfully relaunched into the digital age and achieved significant market share growth and increased agency profit.

Jane received a Degree in Marketing from Durban University of Technology South Africa and has been featured in two books; The Lovemarks Effect and Loveworks by Professor Brian Sheehan of Syracuse University.
