My key contributions were:
1. Perfect execution of the routine task to free the production batches
Critical part of the 1000 quality checks taking place all along the processing of the Superior Rice leading the market in Europe
2. Step change the Productivity on the task to integrate more added value contributions, in line with the R&D scope of the department
3. Preparation of the Board visit on site, with a direct interaction with Mr Mars during the day.
High stake conversation as the site was on the way to ask for the approval of a huge investment project
I was selected by the Food President to deliver key messages:
- quality of on-boarding for future talents in stage
- diversity management by integrating a woman in a production world (my line manager was a woman too)
