Philosophy | How can someone actually suffer in a company? However, some people don't feel free in their job, because of a situation which they hope is temporary. The ad's claim offers a solution : temping. Even if temping does not protect from possible problems, it is certain that the unbearable situations have at least a deadline. For Adia temping is synonymous of liberty and personal progress : insurance, company board, banking facilities, participation, job evolution interviews, training: temping is changing. Adia undertakes in proposing economically performing solutions for its clients but always enhancing in a social and human manner for its temping employees. |

Il reste, pourtant, des personnes prisonnières d'un travail, d'une situation qu'elles espèrent passagère. Le claim de l'annonce propose une porte de sortie: l'intérim. Car si l'intérim ne met pas à l'abri des éventuels problèmes, au moins, les situations insupportables ont une date limite. Pour Adia, l'intérim est synonyme de liberté et de progrès personnel: mutuelle, CE, facilités bancaires, participation, entretiens d'évolution, formation, l'intérim est en train de changer. Adia s'engage à proposer des solutions économiquement performantes pour ses clients, mais toujours socialement et humainement valorisantes pour ses salariés intérimaires. |
