Story | Today, we take for granted to be able to cook inspiring recipes and use a variety of ingredients. That’s partly thanks to all the bees and insects. Much of the dishes we love to cook are depending on pollination from bees, but they are becoming fewer and fewer. To highlight this, the organic food certification label KRAV gathered recipes from Swedish top chefs in a cookbook with missing ingredients and food in the images. With the book they want to promote organic food as a way of contributing to more bees and biological diversity. The idea and book “No bees. No food” was created by anr+1, a Swedish creative agency that focus on creating communication that do good both for brands, their business and for society. The book was photographed by Swedish food photographer Roland Persson. In Sweden there is a big market for cookbooks, with one book released every day in average. |
