About me

Coming from a Mechatronic & Fine Art background, I am a hybrid creative. I started my career by building robots in the South of France. Designed products, crafted brands, and told stories in London. Redesigned business around their customers in Australia. Created physical and digital experiences in Singapore and Tokyo. Developed humanitarian initiatives and nation branding in Dubai. Leading Beats by Dre in Los Angeles.

Problem solver, conceptual thinker, and designer at heart. I believe in true creative spirit and dedication to the craft. I have a passion for storytelling, digital experiences, service & product innovation. Creating unique customer experiences that are relevant and timely to current events and cultural influences.

I previously worked in the top London, Singapore, Sydney, Los Angeles startups and agencies like R/GA, Ogilvy, Sapient Razorfish, Holler... Where I have created global & regional solutions for Apple, Beats by Dre, Nike, Audi, Netflix, Google, Uber, Nikon, Sony, Bacardi, Diesel, Playstation, EA Games...

Remit: transform a digital production focused agency into a design firm who help organisations by designing business around their customers.

In less than two years, I took Holler into new territory:
- Developed “The future of sport” for Fox, a digital product.
- Changed people perception of health for Blackmores, a neuroscience experiment.
- Designed and launched “myAudi”, a customer total ownership experience.
- Pitched and won M&S and Bacardi.

Created a vision, launched a new direction, reshaped the ways of working and processes. Led creative, design, user experience and technology departments.

I worked across key clients, new business pitches, internal innovation, and agency & people development. One of my main focus has been McDonald’s UK account.

McDonald’s
I took the account from average to an award-winning one, in a few month time. I have been leading and managing 25+ national integrated campaign a year and increased the quality and results of each one, year on year.

Achievements
Doubled the campaign engagement rate on from 2012
19 million visitors on McDonald’s UK site (123% traffic increase from 2012)
The mobile app reached No.1 in the App store ‘Food category ’and No.12 overall

Agency work
I have been instrumental in shaping to a high standard, the creative & design departments. Leading and nurturing teams of creatives, designers and UX. The output dramatically improved resulting in effective campaigns and products, happier clients, pitch wins and greater atmosphere within the departments.

(trivia: I won 70% of the agency awards during the 3 years I worked there)
