Leslie was born in Zurich, Switzerland, and moved to the US at the age of 13. She attended high school and college in Colorado, graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder with a major in advertising and a minor in English.
After college, Leslie moved to San Francisco, where she began her advertising career at Anderson & Lembke; she worked on the Microsoft account there for three years. She started at GS&P in 1999. During her tenure she has led such accounts as the Wall Street Journal, HP, Emerald Nuts, Subway, Denny’s and Logitech. Currently, Leslie oversees the SONIC Drive-In, Thorn and Häagen-Dazs accounts.
She lives in Mill Valley with her husband, her two daughters and a small white dog.
