Detected the most problematic part of the production system and performed an overall analysis of the problem which was inventory inaccuracy so as to find out the root reasons. Developed a model suggested a new barcode system to make stock tracking process more accurate and a mobile sales system performed with 3G handheld terminals. Presented the project to logistics manager, area manager, and key accounts manager.
Took charge of analyzing the sales data for nineteen months in order to determine the sales frequency and amount for each month and made an ABC analysis for customer segmentation using these results. The results were utilized for the execution of a new production plan. Presented the project to the logistics manager, planning unit responsible, and supply chain engineer.
