Industrial Designer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. With Postgraduate studies in Digital and Multimedia Publishing from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano. He is studying an Advertisement Masters at Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano.
Over 9 years of academic experience in Industrial Design, Graphic Design and Gastronomy in multiple universities, his areas of interest are Service Design, Food Design and Interaction Design.
With a passion for food and photography, still in college and at the age of 21, I began my career in food styling. After 11 years, I switched to work behind the camera and have been shooting professionally for over three years.
A profound understanding of composition, color, light and cooking principles have given me great benefits on both sides of the camera. Fortunately, I fall into that rare group of people that are allowed to work in the field that is their true passion, where their love is their work.
As an Assistant Professor of gastronomy in food design at the Universidad de la Sabana as well as an Associate Professor in product design at the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Bogota Colombia, I am lucky enough to be able to pass that knowledge on to young and aspiring minds.
