Evan Lee Courie

As Editor of Marketing & Media at Bizcommunity.com, I oversee the daily content mix of marketing and media news across South Africa. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to copytasting, creating, editing, sourcing and publishing industry-related content.
I joined the team at Bizcommunity.com in 2008, where I worked my way to become a Group Editor.
From 2015-2017, I lived in South Korea teaching English as a foreign language.
I returned to South Africa and returned to Bizcommunity.com in August 2018 and was instrumental in launching the Entrepreneurship portal in 2019.
In November 2020, I was appointed as Editor of Marketing & Media and have continued in this role
